To confirm your tour reservation, a deposit payment is required after your itinerary, travel dates, and tour price have been agreed. The deposit amount and payment deadline will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation or invoice.
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date according to the payment schedule shown on your invoice. Your reservation is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Bank account details, payment currency, total amount, and payment instructions will be provided on your official invoice. Please make sure the payment is made in the currency stated on the invoice.
All bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the sender unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please ensure that the full invoiced amount is received.
After making the payment, please send us a copy of the transfer receipt. Once the payment has been received and verified, we will send you a payment confirmation by email.

Domestic Bank Transfer
For payments within Mongolia. Transfer details will be provided on your invoice after your booking is confirmed.
International Bank Transfer
For guests from Japan and other countries. Please transfer the invoiced amount in the stated currency and cover all sender-side bank fees.
