If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify Steppe Travel in writing by email as soon as possible.
Cancellation fees are calculated from the date we receive your written notice and the number of days before tour departure.
The deposit is generally non-refundable, and some supplier costs may also be non-refundable depending on booking conditions.
If a tour cannot operate due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to offer an alternative, rescheduled date, or future travel credit where possible.
Steppe Travel is not responsible for extra costs such as flights, visas, insurance, or personal expenses. Travel insurance with cancellation coverage is strongly recommended.
